To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an Internal Communication Coordinator M/F/X to join our Global Communication team.Our future Internal Communication Coordinator will support and execute Nemera's internal communication strategy in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment.Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and pride, and promoting a shared understanding of Nemera's culture, vision, and ambitions across all sites. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role involving close collaboration with local communication ambassadors, HR teams, site leadership, and global stakeholders.This position is based in our HQ in Lyon Gerland and reports to our Global Communications Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the deployment of Nemera’s global internal communication strategy across all sites, in line with company priorities, culture, and business objectivesContribute to the planning and coordination of the internal editorial calendar, helping ensure regular, relevant, and consistent communication across channels and audiencesDraft, edit, format, and coordinate internal communication content, including news articles, leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, videos, and digital assetsUpdate and coordinate internal communication channels and digital platforms, ensuring content consistency, accuracy, and timely publicationCoordinate the network of local communication ambassadors by sharing guidelines, tools, templates, and best practices to support local deployment of communication initiativesPrepare communication materials, toolkits, and key messages for leaders and managers to support the cascade of company prioritiesContribute to internal communication campaigns that strengthen employee engagement, team spirit, pride in belonging, and understanding of Nemera’s ambitionsSupport communication plans for transformation, change, culture, and key employee programs, helping employees better understand business priorities and organizational evolutionsHelp plan and coordinate internal events aimed at fostering collaboration, engagement, and company culture, including cross-functional conferences, internal events, and employee recognition programsTrack employee feedback, channel performance, and engagement indicators, and help identify opportunities to improve internal communication practicesQualificationsProfile5 to 10 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or employee engagement within an international environmentStrong editorial skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging, and audience-specific internal communication contentStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple communication initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines in parallelGood understanding of change communication and employee engagement levers in matrix organizationsStrong visual communication and content creation skills, with the ability to design clear, impactful materials aligned with brand guidelines, including presentations, infographics, posters, newsletters, social media visuals, and event assetsComfortable creating and adapting visual, photo, and video assets using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva Video, or equivalentUnderstanding of digital communication best practices and employee engagement trendsAutonomous, proactive, creative, and detail-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and mobilize diverse stakeholders and communication ambassadorsExcellent level of English (oral and written) as the day-to-day working language If you’re:· Passionate about growing a business· Enjoy working as a team· Proud to make products that improve patients’ lives· And go the extra mile to deliver on your commitments, Then you’ll be successful here!You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to Nemera and have fun in the meantime !Please send you resume in English.Informations complémentairesOur Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure a great fit for both you and our team. Here's what you can expect:- CV Review: Upon receiving your CV, our Talent Acquisition Team will review it to assess your qualifications for the role.- Initial Screening: If your profile matches our requirements, you'll be invited for an initial screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team.- Interview with Hiring Manager: After the initial screening, you'll have an interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience, skills, and fit for the role in more detail.- Interview with N+2: Following the Hiring Manager interview, you'll meet with the next level of management (N+2) for further evaluation.- HR Manager Interview: The final step involves an interview with our HR Manager to discuss company culture, benefits, and other HR-related topics.- Offer: If all goes well, you'll receive an offer to join our team! We look forward to receiving your application (resume submitted in English is appreciated).
