THE ROLE The Brand Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the OPI Brand Marketing team across product launches, media campaigns, retailer programs, and day-to-day brand operations. The intern will participate in team meetings, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and gain exposure to how brand strategies are developed and brought to market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Brand Marketing team with the preparation and execution of key marketing initiatives, including sell sheets, order forms, promotional setup, product registration, and launch materials Partner with the Marketing Specialist to manage marketing asset requests from cross-functional teams, including uploading assets and ensuring materials are distributed appropriately Gain experience using business tools such as Nielsen and SAP to support reporting, pricing updates, and ad hoc business analyses Assist with paid media execution, including trafficking documents, asset submissions, and MikMak setup Support ongoing marketing operations, including creative requests, event logistics, product inventory, sample preparation, merchandising, shipping, and product ordering Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas that support brand campaigns and product launches QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university, working towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field Ability to commit to a 6-12 month internship Familiarity with major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and Meta advertising platforms Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms is a plus NOTICES All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
