Purpose Support the execution and visibility of global innovation initiatives by combining content creation with programme delivery support to drive engagement and adoption across regions. Key Responsibilities Content & Communication Support Create clear, simple innovation content (slides, visuals, short write-ups) Support visibility of projects, success stories, and initiatives across channels Programme & Event Support Assist with delivery of innovation programmes (Innovation Week, Awards, EXPOs) Prepare materials and coordination for global and regional activities Culture & Engagement Support rollout of innovation culture initiatives and ambassador network activities Help capture and share best practices and lessons learned Community & Collaboration Help manage interaction across regions (updates, content, simple comms) Support collaboration between innovation teams, ambassadors, and stakeholders Tools & Platforms Maintain and update innovation platforms (SharePoint, internal tools) Keep content structured, accessible, and up to date What the Intern Gains Exposure to global innovation programmes (culture, AI, robotics, operations) Hands-on experience in: Content creation + storytelling Programme delivery & coordination Innovation culture / change initiatives Profile Interest in innovation, communication, or project management Strong PowerPoint / content skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams Able to simplify and structure information clearly As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
