Working with an international client portfolio, you will advise on Dutch corporate law matters, support complex corporate transactions, and ensure the effective management of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities of the Interim Corporate Lawyer Advise on Dutch corporate law matters Draft and review legal documentation and corporate resolutions Support restructurings, acquisitions and refinancings Liaise with clients, notaries, auditors and external advisers Manage corporate governance and legal compliance Mentor junior members of the legal team About You: Qualified lawyer with strong knowledge of Dutch corporate law Experience within Corporate Services, Trust, Private Equity or Fund Services Confident managing international clients and complex legal matters Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
