Description and Requirements What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Customers, Partners, and Internal Business Teams by ensuring smooth execution of service quoting, contract management, billing, and operational support activities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Support Prepare and manage service quotations, pricing proposals, and contract documentation for customers across multiple markets. Support contract entitlement, acceptance, renewal, amendment, and termination activities in accordance with Lenovo policies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders and service agreements. Support billing activities, invoice validation, and billing adjustments while maintaining business compliance requirements. Operational Excellence Monitor quotation, contract, and billing status to ensure timely completion and KPI achievement. Proactively identify process gaps, operational risks, and system-related issues across multiple platforms (Dynamics 365, Lenovo Business Platforms, SAP S4 HANA, iBase, and related systems). Drive issue resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders until successful closure. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audit requests within required timelines. Stakeholder & Customer Management Build strong working relationships with Sales teams, Business Partners, Customers, Finance, Accounting, AR, Pricing teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining high service quality. Communicate effectively with geographically dispersed teams across AP regions. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Leverage Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI tools, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Contribute ideas to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team effectiveness. Participate in business transformation and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Ability to read and communicate in Traditional Chinese is highly preferred. 2-3 years of working experience in operations, sales support, order management, contract management, customer service, business support, or related functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications. Preferred Skills Experience in quoting, billing, contract administration, or order management. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, CRM systems, or enterprise business applications. Experience supporting regional or multinational business operations.
