By aligning safety practices, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety mindset, you will elevate our safety performance and protect our most valuable asset - our people.The Regional Safety Coordinator also has a functional management role over all safety coordinators within the subsidiaries across the region.This unique position allows you to drive safety excellence across the region, while collaborating closely with local leadership teams.Main Responsibilities: Serve as the central coordinator and thought leader for the regional safety network  Standardize safety tools, processes, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency Regularly audit safety practices and lead targeted initiatives to address improvement opportunities Oversee the rollout of impactful safety projects that enhance our safety culture Manage internal and external safety communications, leveraging digital channels to inspire and engageConsolidate safety data and reporting to provide data-driven insights for the regionProvide hands-on support and guidance to subsidiaries without dedicated safety resourcesQualifications7 + years of experience in a safety coordination or management role, ideally in a multi-site, international environmentGraduate from a safety school or engineer with a master's degree in safetyFluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, lead projects, and influence diverse stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach to driving continuous improvementWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of time) to subsidiaries across Western EuropeAdditional InformationThis role reports directly to the Regional Director and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Industrial Director.Join us in our mission to create a safer, more sustainable future.
