Indirect Buyer Team Lead, Poznań Role overview Ready to take a leading role and elevate a procurement team delivering real business impact? This is your opportunity to lead a centralized Indirect Procurement Buyer team at the core of sourcing delivery across Western Europe. Working from our Shared Service Center and reporting directly to the Senior Director, Indirect Procurement Western Europe, you will manage and develop a team of buyers while collaborating closely with local business partners, regional category managers, and business stakeholders.
