At our site in Caen, France, and as a IC &system validation engineer, you will be part of an inspiring team of 30people including RF IC architects, RF Design Engineers, Verification/modeling Engineers, Test & Product engineers & Quality engineers.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Define the Validation strategy of new mmW and High-speed digital circuits.

  • Develop the hardware tools for Silicon validation, manual and automated: from definition to debug.

  • Program optimized software for manual and automated testing (Python...).

  • Build a characterization plan in coordination with Design, Test engineering & Applications.

  • Conduct the project validation per the plan with the other Lab team members.

  • Perform IC parametric and functional bench-level measurements.

  • Support Design debug investigations.

  • Analyze results, report the test cases, and follow-up on issues.

  • Coordinate with a cross-functional team: Design/ Test / Product / Program management/ Application / FA / etc...

Your Profile:

  • Master degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable

  • Knowledge in MMW/RF and/or high-speed digital test methods and measurement techniques. 

  • Practical experience in Software (python) and Hardware debugging and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools

  • Knowledge of signal processing and IA is a plus

  • Good problem-solving skills to resolve silicon and system application issues.

  • Structured and analytical way of working.

  • High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and delivering results

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can-do attitude.
