Hygiene & Sanitation Executive, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible to provide support to all outlets for achieving the hygiene and sanitation standards of the hotel and government legislations. The incumbent is also responsible to support the department operational standard e.g. Halal certification in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible to provide support to all outlets for achieving the hygiene and sanitation standards of the hotel and government legislations. The incumbent is also responsible to support the department operational standard e.g. Halal certification in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food Safety management. Work experience in a similar capacity in hotel or food industry is preferred. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential. Due to work permit restrictions, only Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia may be considered.
