Word Belcolatier! Wat vertrouwen we je toe? Als Hulpoperator productie garandeer je een vlotte verwerking van de grondstoffen, zoals cacaoboter en cacaomassa, om onze Belgische chocolade te produceren. Je staat in voor het kappen van grondstoffen, alsook het smelten van cacaoboter en cacoamassa (25 kg gewichten). Je zorgt voor het uitscannen van de grondstoffen, het labelen van restanten en het terugplaatsen in de retourzone. Je staat garant voor de orde en netheid van de kapstations en smeltbakken, in overeenstemming met de geldende veiligheids- en hygieneprocedures. Dit zal 50% van je tijd innemen. Waar nodig bied je een helpende hand aan een collega van de productie- en/of verpakkingslijnen. Je zorgt voor een goede ploegoverdracht met jouw collega van de volgende shift. Je hebt interesse of ervaring als (hulp) operator binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in een sterk geautomatiseerde productie omgeving is een plus. Je getuigt van technisch inzicht en logisch redeneervermogen. Je kan zelfstandig werken waarbij je een goede samenwerking met het team nastreeft. Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent onverbiddelijk als het op kwaliteit en veiligheid aankomt. Je werkt in 3 ploegen: 6-14u, 14-22u en 22-6u.
