HRBP - Topline & Support Functions

Short Intro and About the Job Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and strategic team member to join the team as an HRBP Topline & Support Functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR strategies functionally, while being competitive and locally compliant. In this role, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager - GH & Francos. The position is a permanent position based in Accra, GHANA. About You Bachelors degree with min 5 – 7 years of experience in HR management. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRBP positions in multinational matrix organizations. Hands-on experience with ERP and HRIS software Strong people management & coaching skills. Integrity and diplomacy whilst being perseverant in reaching results. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Engage and influence others based on your analytical insight and strong stakeholder management.
