We are hiring an HR Generalist to support all relevant HR processes for the Croatian affiliate. The role acts as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers , ensuring all HR activities are carried out in line with company policies, labor law, and internal procedures while contributing to a positive employee experience. Your core responsibilities: - HR Administration maintenance: Maintain all employee records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. - Recruitment and hiring: Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, including preparing job posts and interview organization. - Onboarding and offboarding: Initiating registration of new employees, supporting onboarding plans, coordinating handover and exit activities. - Payroll management: Facilitate monthly payroll with preparing all relevant data inputs and coordinating with external payroll providers. - Performance management: Facilitate annual performance cycle and supporting employees and managers throughout the process steps. - Learning and development: Support L&D activities by coordinating trainings and taking part in the implementation of development initiatives.
