If you need more than our great company culture, you should keep in mind the opportunity to: Develop your career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment Receive a medical subscription extended to your spouse and children Celebrate your birthday with an extra paid day off Explore thousands of courses through LinkedIn Learning, to boost your skills anytime Access Bookster – your gateway to inspiration and self-development through reading Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program for mental well-being and support Be part of a community that values your learning, health and happiness every day YOUR responsibilities as an HR Coordinator will include: HR Operations & Employee Support Act as a key HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related questions and ensuring high-quality employee experience Manage day-to-day HR administration activities in liaison with Payroll teams (employee data, contractual changes, onboarding formalities, retirement simulations, part-time arrangements, etc.) Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, social indicators and mandatory reports (e.g. Social Report, workcouncil data,etc) Training & Onboarding Plan Support and advise managers on Training plan Coordinate Factory Training Plan (including mandatory safety, QFS training, etc) Create onboarding plan for all new Danoners in each function Culture & Engagement Coordinate the deployment of local employee engagement and social surveys Co-build, deploy and monitor action plans to strengthen engagement and culture at site level About You We are looking for an HR Coordinator with the following profile: Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Business School or University) 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Strong understanding of labor law and social regulations Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills with a structured and methodical approach Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong synthesis skills Advanced proficiency in HR systems and IT tools, especially Excel (including pivot tables and macros) Strong operational mindset with a team-oriented approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
