You will be responsible to professional and consistent level of service by welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, handling cashiering duties, and assisting the service team when necessary. The Hostess / Cashier ensures guests receive courteous and personalised service in accordance with Hyatt standard, contributing to a smooth operation and positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
