ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an International Creative Strategist to join our Creative Strategy team. Reporting to the Chief of Creative Strategy, you'll help shape the strategic thinking behind international campaigns for brands, public institutions and industry organisations. Your role goes far beyond writing decks. You will identify cultural tensions, uncover human insights, define strategic territories, inspire creative teams and build integrated communication platforms capable of travelling across markets. Every recommendation should be both strategically robust and creatively inspiring. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will define the strategic direction behind campaigns, brands and communication platforms by combining: - consumer understanding - cultural analysis - market intelligence - competitive landscape - business challenges - socio-economic and socio-cultural trends You'll transform complex information into simple, convincing strategic narratives. Your recommendations will guide projects from the initial strategic intent through to the creative brief. Working hand in hand with account teams, creatives and agency leadership, you'll challenge ideas, nurture concepts and ensure strategic consistency throughout the creative process. You'll regularly present and defend your recommendations to international clients and prospects. Beyond communications, you'll also think about how ideas live within the broader customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Our work spans a wide variety of sectors, with a strong focus on: - Food - Beverage - Tourism Most assignments are international, highly competitive and culturally demanding. Projects include: - Brand positioning - Brand platforms - Communication platforms - Integrated campaigns - Creative territories - Activation strategies - Identity and repositioning projects No two briefs are alike.
