Le poste en détail
The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Hygiene Manager to support the daily operation of the Security & Operational Risk Department.
Lead and uphold hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards across all operational areas
Ensure full compliance with statutory, corporate, and HACCP-related requirements
Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong culture of hygiene excellence
Key Accountabilities
Establish, implement, and maintain hygiene and food safety systems (including HACCP) to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance
Conduct regular inspections and audits across operations; identify gaps and ensure consistent adherence to hygiene standards
Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness through follow-up reviews
Oversee critical food safety controls, including temperature monitoring, sanitation programs, chemical handling, and pest management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage food safety risks and strengthen hygiene practices across operations
General requirements
Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance, preferably in hospitality or F&B operations
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and audit practices
Good communication, stakeholder management, and training skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
