Intégrer notre équipe juridique, c’est rejoindre un service pluridisciplinaire de 11 juristes spécialisés dans la gouvernance, le droit boursier, le droit des affaires et les politiques du groupe.
Nous recherchons un profil polyvalent, capable d’intervenir sur l’ensemble de ces thématiques sans spécialisation stricte, pour accompagner la gestion juridique quotidienne et les projets stratégiques du Groupe.
Ce stage vous offrira une expérience concrète et diversifiée, idéale pour les étudiants curieux souhaitant explorer différents aspects de la gouvernance et du droit des affaires, dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique.
Vous contribuerez notamment à la gestion juridique des sociétés du Groupe par leurs organes sociaux, aux opérations de croissance externe, aux opérations de financement, et participerez à la rédaction d’actes juridiques. Une expérience à l’international ou un double diplôme serait un plus.
