Your Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Global Sales Account Director based in Germany ( Full Remote ) to manage and develop a portfolio of global accounts within the upscale and luxury hotel sector. This role is responsible for increasing total account revenue and market share across assigned global accounts, including Corporate Travel and Meetings & Events. The focus is on proactive selling, total account management, and long term, value based customer relationships across regional and international Hyatt hotels. The position requires frequent travel to support account reviews, office visits, customer events, and hotel familiarization trips.
Location: This position can be filled remotely , anywhere in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of global accounts to achieve revenue, market share, and quota objectives across Corporate, M&E, Luxury, Leisure, and Lifestyle segments.
Qualify and re qualify accounts using the HSF account grading process, including evaluation of revenue potential, relationship strength, procurement policies, and account penetration.
Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts within assigned European, African, and Middle Eastern markets to build a sustainable HSF pipeline.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including account mapping for Transient and MICE business, supported by internal analytics tools and insights.
Manage global corporate RFP processes and convert Meetings & Events leads from end‑user accounts and third‑party partners.
Partner with Revenue Management, HQ support teams, and regional sales stakeholders to support pricing strategies, account negotiations, and in‑market execution.
Monitor monthly performance results, prepare reporting, and present outcomes to leadership while managing travel and operating expenses within budget guidelines.
Represent all Hyatt brands professionally and act as a global sales subject matter expert for assigned accounts and segments.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Your Qualifications & Experience
Proven sales experience within the hotel industry at Director level; above-property experience at regional, national or global level is preferred.
Strong experience in managing corporate accounts and developing long-term, value-based customer relationships, ideally within Corporate Travel and/or Meetings & Events.
Demonstrated success in revenue generation, account development and strategic sales planning.
Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills, with a high level of initiative, accountability and results orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and business segments.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sales analytics tools; familiarity with hospitality tools such as Envision, Cognos and Agency360 is preferred.
Based in Germany, with the ability to travel as required.
