Description and Requirements
The Global Product Data Engineer is a Data representative in the BOM/EC core team and takes ownership of overall data accuracy. Responsible for the product development phase and MP phase Data performance, achieving the predicted target. Resolve e2e Data problems and continuously improve BOM/EC performance.
Responsible for System X86 server BOM/EC review and Data processing for sites.
Support new product introduction and carry out DFSC (Design for Supply Chain)
Co-work with Dev team on system BOM setup
Keep improving BOM and Data rationality & validity.
Data maintenance and troubleshooting on data issues for sites
Solve E2E order issues from MKT/Sales, manufacturing, shipping, and I/E. Ensure the order chain goes smoothly
Responsible for ODM collaboration Data/BOM sharing
Take charge of PLM, SAP, Order strategy system & order fulfillment system logic setting up and management
Failing order & SO config issue troubleshooting and fixing
Co-work with BT/IT on new business and site enablement. Assure and set up the system & Data logic
Support FC changing offspec in LMC
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering & computer background
Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Knowledge and applied experience of PLM, SAP & MES systems and their operation logic
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, can work hard under pressure and ready to accept any challenges
Knowledge of server products & strong experience in Supply Chain process is preferred
Project management experience in process enhancement is preferred.
