The Opportunity
The Leadership Sourcer is a key member of the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team, this role specializes in sourcing exceptional talent for leadership (LG1-LG3) roles and delivering strategic insights to meet current and future hiring needs. The Leadership Sourcer partners closely with recruiters, business leaders, and senior executives to ensure successful hiring outcomes and an outstanding candidate experience. Agility, understanding of global talent markets, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.
Your Impact
As Talent Acq Sr Representative your responsibilities would consist of
Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for leadership roles (LG1–LG3).
Utilize sourcing tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain leadership talent communities for critical positions.
Conduct talent market research, analyzing trends, talent availability, and competitor landscapes.
Generate talent maps and provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers.
Deliver diverse slates of candidates for leadership roles (LG1-LG3) searches.
Leverage diverse sourcing channels to uncover hidden and diverse executive talent pools.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand role requirements and business priorities.
Provide strategic sourcing insights, market trends, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
Share updates, reports, and insights with recruiters and hiring teams to support decision-making using standardized templates.
Candidate Engagement & Experience
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience tailored to leadership talent, ensuring consistent communication and personalized engagement.
Evaluate candidate fit using both technical and behavioral interview techniques.
Represent the company as an Employer of Choice by articulating its mission, values, and opportunities to candidates.
Process Excellence & Tools Optimization
Ensure accurate and consistent use of ATS and CRM platforms like iCIMS and Global Executive Recruiting’s Sourcer Dashboard.
Maintain and continually enhance the Global Executive Recruiting Team’s MS Teams site in support of LG1+ recruiting globally.
Prepare and present search updates to sector and functional leadership teams using standardized templates.
Implement best practices for sourcing strategies and talent mapping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to Global Executive Recruiting Team standards and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Market Research) or equivalent experience.
Leadership Sourcing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in sourcing leadership or executive-level talent (LG1–LG3), with a strong understanding of advanced sourcing methodologies.
Talent Market Research & Mapping: Proven ability to conduct in-depth talent market research, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to support executive search strategies.
Technology & Tools Proficiency: Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, automation tools, and CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS).
Candidate Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with senior executives, hiring managers, and recruiters, providing strategic sourcing insights and maintaining strong relationships.
Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing efforts.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders, including senior executives.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a global team, fostering inclusivity, shared accountability, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Results-Driven & Process-Oriented: Strong sense of urgency and accountability in delivering high-quality leadership talent while adhering to global sourcing standards.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Executive Search Experience: Prior experience in executive search firms or agencies.
Market Intelligence Expertise: Familiarity with talent markets, trends, and competitive landscapes.
