Be a part of the highly experienced team. Key accountabilities To perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating and waiting on all guests. To understand and accurately follow the standard of taking reservations. Making sure to use the telephone etiquette and following the standards during all external and internal calls. To ensure consistency when creating a new guest profile. Ensure all guest information correctly entered in to TMS (Table Management System) To understand all food and beverage menus and operating hours of each restaurant and weekly check on restaurant information on social platforms for allocated restaurant. (Sevenrooms, Instagram etc.) To utilize the POS system as per policies and procedure in place to find existing guest profiles. To observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed. General requirements Knowledge of using the restaurant reservation systems e.g. Opentable, 7Rooms. Good organization skills & Time management. Good hands-on service. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone). Degree or Diploma in hotel management. Understanding of food and beverage knowledge. Driven by precision and excellence. Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
