Fund Listing & Exchange Specialist (New Service Build)

Take the lead in building and shaping a brand-new fund and ETF listing service, influencing how asset managers access and operate across major European exchanges. This is a unique opportunity to combine subject-matter expertise with a build-from-scratch mindset, where you will define and scale a new service offering within a global organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, high-value clients, and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, product development, and complex regulatory environments. Please note: for this role the candidate can be based in either London (and surrounding areas) or Luxembourg, travel between the locations isn't required. Your key responsibilities as a Fund Listing & Exchange Specialist will include: Leading the design and launch of a new fund and ETF listing service, defining the operating model, service scope, and delivery standards Acting as the subject-matter expert on fund and ETF listing requirements across UK and European exchanges, supporting both clients and internal teams Managing the end-to-end admission process for funds and ETFs, including preparing documentation and coordinating with legal counsel, exchanges, and regulators Establishing and maintaining service standards, including methodologies, SLAs, quality controls, and scalable operational playbooks Collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver tools that support the service Overseeing ongoing compliance obligations and acting as a senior escalation point for client and internal queries You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Fund Listing & Exchange Specialist: You will bring at least 5 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments, with strong expertise in fund or ETF listing and registration You will have a practical understanding of ETF and ETP structures and listing considerations, including regulatory, operational, and data dependencies You should have working knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, and relevant UK post-Brexit requirements You will demonstrate experience working across teams to deliver complex initiatives and translating operational needs into scalable processes or technology solutions You will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly FE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform.
