Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Front of the House Manager.

Key accountabilities:
Supervises the Front Desk Manager, the Chef Concierge and the Guest relation Manager to ensure that daily operations in Rooms Division run smoothly, and that the service is in accordance with The Peninsula standard and up to guests' expectations
Ensures that all sections and departments work closely together
Coordinates with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure all rooms are ready in the period required
Coordinates with Guest Relations and the Front Office Manager to ensure personalised services are provided to guests with preferences on file
Constantly looks for improvements that can be made on service delivery by reviewing operating procedures.
Enacts cost control measures to ensure that The Peninsula standard is delivered to maximise departmental profit
Engages in staff recruitment, coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions
Is aware of new products in the market that will facilitate, improve and or upgrade our hotel service standard and products
General requirements:

Developed attention to detail
Tertiary education in Hotel Management Studies
Minimum of eight years of hotel operational experience in Front Office in a similar hotel category.
Fluent both in English and French – third language appreciated
Knowledge and practice of IT tools
