Le poste en détail

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Ressources Humaines, le/la Country Labour Relations Manager / Directeur/rice des Relations Sociales France définit et met en œuvre la stratégie en matière de relations sociales de l’entreprise, représente l’entreprise auprès des différentes instances représentatives du personnel et anime le dialogue social au sein de l’entreprise. Il ou elle apporte conseil, assistance et expertise juridique en droit social individuel et collectif aux différents interlocuteurs de l’entreprise dans le cadre de la politique sociale définie et des règles en vigueur.
