Overview The FP&A Senior Manager – GCC will lead forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis of service delivery as well as infrastructure-related costs for the Manila and Chengdu GCC hubs. This role provides essential visibility into cost drivers, identifies risks and opportunities, partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives standardization of GCC hub reporting and forecasting processes. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior leadership. Responsibilities What you will be responsible for: Financial Forecasting & Performance Management Lead the forecasting of all service delivery and infrastructure-related costs for the Manila and Chengdu hubs, including Facilities, Software, FX impact, and other major cost categories. Provide clear visibility of cost trends, drivers, and variances vs. original plans, budgets, and updated scenarios. Ensure timely review and communication of actual performance, highlighting key insights and implications for leadership. Risk & Opportunity Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of risks and opportunities in Manila and Chengdu, including FX impacts and operational drivers. Develop actionable recommendations, scenarios, and mitigation strategies for identified risks. Partner with GCC hub leadership and cross-functional teams to implement aligned actions. Business Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing transparent, accurate, and strategic insights into GCC infrastructure cost performance. Facilitate monthly alignment discussions to define and agree on risks and opportunities. Process Excellence & Standardization Drive standardization and simplification of processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools across Manila and Chengdu hubs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Corporate Finance roles. Proven experience forecasting complex cost structures, ideally in a global shared services or multi-site environment. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Demonstrated ability to assess FX impacts and macroeconomic drivers on financial performance. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior or executive leadership. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decision-making without direct authority. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, or related financial certification. Experience working with global capability centers (GCC) or shared service operations. Knowledge of infrastructure, facilities management, or technology cost structures. Experience leading process standardization across multiple global locations. Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning systems. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
