Fountain Lounge and Pierre Herme Manager (Retail Background) - Grand Hyatt Jakarta

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned Outlet as an independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a F&B Assistant Manager or a year as a F&B or Restaurant Manager, for a particular outlet in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards. Retail background is preferred. Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office & Infrasys. Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management.
