About the Role Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standards To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests. To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
