David Harper Associate Director [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is working with a growing international organization in its search for a Finance Manager to join its team in Munich. This is a broad role with responsibility for finance across a portfolio of businesses, combining financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering and process improvement. You will also support the integration of newly acquired businesses, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international and acquisitive environment. This is a hybrid position based in Munich, with three days per week in the office . Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Oversee finance activities across a portfolio of businesses, supported by internal and offshore resources Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting Review accounting activities including GL postings, revenue recognition and variance analysis Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support business decisions Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses Drive finance process improvements and develop Standard Operating Procedures Partner with senior operational and finance stakeholders across the organization Experience required: 7+ years' experience within Finance, Accounting or a similar role Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience Fluency in German and English Strong financial reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience leading teams and driving process improvements Confident working with senior business stakeholders Acquisition integration or finance transformation experience would be advantageous US GAAP and NetSuite experience would be beneficial but are not essential EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
