About your role This position is responsible for managing in store execution assign area to ensure efficiency instore, customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency in standard of measurement. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of Supervisor and BHA. Coordinate all retail related cross functional teams (Marketing / Trade / Sales Team) to ensure in alignment and collaborative approach. Help to develop guidelines and processes to enhance in smooth store operational efficiency. Recommend on in store execution, processes and standards ensuring in measurement consistency and improvement. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance and competitor activities, and can identify impact or opportunities to commercial team. Supervisor Define strategy and plan in managing field execution workforces (placement / routing) and developing organization & people capabilities. Closely monitor in Business KPIs (sales, productivity, In-store and Operation standards including staff turn-over and develop measurement action plan to optimize sales comparing to budget set up What You need to be successful At least 3 years’ experience in sales, commercial or support function. At least 2 years’ experience leading and managing a team. Excellent communication skills. Highly proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Able to work independently, but within a team environment. Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
