Poste et missions We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Workplace team as a junior Workplace Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established team and play a key role in the coordination of workplace, facilities, access management, and H&S activities. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the helpdesk, scheduling and coordinating planned and remedial works, managing supply chain partners, project co-ordination, data analysis, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will also be responsible for managing access rights and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong communication and administration skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have experience in facilities management, project coordination, data analysis, and knowledge of statutory compliance and British Standards. If you are proactive, results-driven, and have a passion for workplace management, we would love to hear from you.
