Experienced international mobility officer - F/H

You are joining the International Mobility team as an experienced International Mobility Officer.  

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:  

• Analyze the fiscal, legal and social aspects of international mobility; advise HR teams and employees by providing your in-depth expertise (taxation, social security, immigration, etc.);
• Manage the entire mobility cycle for your scope (packages, amendments, etc.) and coordinate all internal and external service providers (payroll, logistics, tax specialists);
• Lead communication and training actions on mobility topics, and actively participate in cross-functional projects to optimize team processes, tools, and practices.

As an experienced international mobility manager, you are a central element in the activities of Groupe BPCE’s international mobility department. Your missions are numerous and varied, based on both consulting and operational management, coordination of all internal and external stakeholders in international mobility processes. Your approach is rooted in expertise and the spirit of facilitating and guaranteeing Group policy.
