Expediting and Quality Control

EXPEDITING AND QUALITY CONTROL Job purpose: Performs the Expediting and Quality Control activities and guarantees quality & lead-time requirement, in compliance with Suez procurement/ company policies, HSE and Ethics standards. Main Accountabilities: 1. Defines and implements the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) according to the Project & equipment constraints/requirements. 2. Coordinates his/her actions and commitments with categories managers and/ or SCPM and/or buyers. 3. Ensures the manufacturing control & inspection of the ordered Equipment at supplier premises in order to respect the quality & contractual commitments. Obtains the inspection release certificate (IRC). 4. Alerts the SCPM & his/her hierarchy on non-conformities (delays, quality/technical aspects) in order to coordinate the expediting action plan. 5. Ensures interface with the buyer, SCPM and external clients. 6. Anticipates risks and opportunities related to the quality and technical requirements & delivery date. 7. Reports to the SCPM and the line Manager on his/her share of the project activity and KPIs. 8. Contributes to the steering of the processes, to their evolution (REX) and guarantees their implementation on his / her scope. 9. Ensures that internal rules & procedures are respected by subcontractors. 10. Respects all Group standard policies (H&S, Environment, Ethics…) and compliance with internal reporting rules. Is responsible for enforcing the law, behaving with moral and ethics before the society and all the stakeholders.
