Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Bids & Tenders Representative, based in Paris. We are seeking an experienced bids and tenders professional to ensure responses to bids are in agreement with the local business unit managers and that timelines are met and that the bids submitted are complete and accurate, whilst also best reflecting Aggreko’s services.

What you’ll do as a Bids & Tenders Representative:
- Support, develop, and coordinate the design and return of key project bids and tenders across all sales sectors.
- Take responsibility for tender requirements and coordinate with various departments as well as the customer.
- Produce compliant, professional, and commercially appealing bid responses.
- Organise bid progress meetings, actively search for new tenders on relevant platforms, and address customer queries using your deep business knowledge and Aggreko resources.
- Support the Europe South region, working closely with local management.
- Prepare, complete, and submit Requests for Information, Pre-Qualifications, Requests for Quotation, Requests for Proposal, Invitations to Tender, and other customer returns.
You are:
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in the French, Spanish and English language.
- Commercially astute with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team, managing time for yourself and project teams.
- Knowledge of or motivation to understand technical applications of Aggreko’s rental product range.
- A good understanding of, or interest in, legal concepts.
- Good people skills and ability to lead by influence.
