Position Title

Eurasia Packaging Coordinator

Preferred Location

La Ville aux Dames, France or Kempton Park, South Africa
(Location flexibility may be considered for strong profiles within Europe or South Africa)

About the Role

We are seeking a Eurasia Packaging Coordinator to support the end-to-end coordination and delivery of compliant packaging artworks for chemical and pool water treatment products across Europe and Emerging Markets.

This is a highly operational, detail-driven role within the regional marketing organization, playing a critical part in ensuring that all product labels are delivered on time, in full, and in strict compliance with regulatory requirements. Any error on packaging artwork can have significant business impact, including regulatory risk and product recalls.

You will act as a key coordination reference between Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory/EHS, Supply Chain, and external design partners, ensuring smooth execution of artwork projects across multiple markets, languages, and regulatory environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, ownership, and cross-functional coordination in a regulated technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage packaging artworks for chemical and pool water treatment products across the Eurasia region
  • Ensure on-time and compliant delivery of all packaging artworks across multiple markets
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory/EHS, Supply Chain, and external agencies
  • Apply regulatory and EHS guidance accurately to packaging artworks, escalating questions to subject matter experts when required (without owning regulatory accountability)
  • Coordinate with external graphic agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers for artwork creation, updates, and roll-outs
  • Manage artwork timelines, approvals, documentation, and version control across multiple concurrent projects
  • Support artwork updates driven by regulatory changes, product updates, or market-specific requirements
  • Balance priorities between European and Emerging Markets teams, ensuring equitable support across regions
  • Contribute to packaging process improvements, standardization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Packaging Technology, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in packaging coordination, artwork management, label management, marketing operations, or graphic production
  • Experience in a regulated or technical industry, such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, food, or household care
  • Proven ability to manage multilingual, technical packaging content
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
  • Excellent attention to detail and end-to-end ownership mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and external partners

Nice to Have

  • Ability to handle minor graphic amendments internally (e.g. Adobe Illustrator / InDesign)
  • Experience with printing and pre-press processes (dielines, cutter guides, barcodes)
  • Familiarity with CLP, BPR, or similar chemical labeling regulations
  • Experience with artwork version control and documentation management systems

Languages

  • Fluent English required
  • Additional languages are a strong asset in a Eurasia context

Working Environment

  • Permanent position
  • Location: France or South Africa (interchangeable)
  • Office presence preferred due to the operational nature of the role
  • No regular travel expected

*Important Information for Candidates

This is a highly operational coordination role focused on the delivery, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of packaging artworks in a technical, regulated environment. It is not a creative design role, not a laboratory or R&D position, and not a regulatory or EHS expert role.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience managing packaging or label artworks end-to-end, working with technical and multilingual content, and coordinating across multiple internal teams and external partners. Applicants whose background is primarily creative graphic design, fashion or lifestyle packaging, laboratory research, or non-regulated environments may find this role is not aligned with their experience.
