As our EUC & EMM Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team delivering modern workplace and mobility services in a dynamic 24/7 hospital environment. You’ll ensure reliable, secure, and seamless digital experiences for clinical and non-clinical teams. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll drive service performance, continuous improvement, and strong customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to guide people and shape service delivery will make a real difference.
As the Modern Workplace Manager in the ICT Platforms team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Leading a large, diverse desktop support team in a 24/7 environment
Managing service performance against KPIs, SLAs and contract obligations
Driving incident, request and escalation management aligned with ITIL practices
Overseeing endpoint, asset lifecycle and mobility management services
Improving modern workplace technologies and end user experience
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver service improvements and reduce risk

You could be a great fit if you have:
Strong experience leading large operational teams within 24/7 service environments
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, workflows and service management
Experience leading desktop support or modern workplace teams
Knowledge of SCCM, SOE/MOE and endpoint environments
Experience with end user mobility and MDM platforms like Intune or Samsung Knox
Experience with Citrix VDI experience is advantageous.
Technically capable leader able to engage with technical teams
Demonstrated experience in future-proofing environments across desktop and mobility fleet management, asset management, and lifecycle management
