Review and validate ESG datasets, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and data-quality issues to ensure information is accurate and audit-ready
Maintain strong data governance processes, including data controls, adjustments, documentation and traceability for assurance purposes
Analyze ESG performance through benchmarking, trend analysis and gap assessments, providing insights to support continuous improvement
Partner with sustainability, operations and other key stakeholders to align ESG metrics with business plans, budgets and long-term sustainability targets, including decarbonization initiatives

Relevant degree-level education within sustainability, environmental studies, analytics, finance or another quantitative/business-related field
Good understanding of European sustainability reporting requirements and the evolving regulatory landscape, with practical exposure to ESG reporting standards
Experience working with complex datasets, including checking data integrity, investigating inconsistencies and preparing information for internal or external review
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using visualization, reporting or database tools such as Power BI or SQL
Comfortable improving data processes and reporting workflows, including introducing greater structure, consistency and automation across multiple data sources
Strong English communication skills and confidence working across different functions and international teams; additional European languages are beneficial (Dutch, French, German)
