Define the ESG strategy and objectives together with management;
Identify material topics across the E (Environmental), S (Social), and G (Governance) pillars;
Collect and consolidate ESG data from various departments and monitor relevant indicators;
Analyze ESG risks and opportunities and propose improvement measures;
Support ESG/sustainability reporting and prepare management summaries;
Reduce the risk of greenwashing through responsible communication supported by data and evidence;
Propose and monitor CSR projects and the ESG/CSR action plan.
