Job Summary
LMR Naturals by IFF is a leader in the manufacturing of high‑quality natural ingredients for the perfumery, cosmetics, and flavor industries.
In a regulated chemical industrial environment, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will contribute to the operational excellence of LMR Naturals by IFF sites by optimizing the extraction, transformation, and packaging processes of natural ingredients..
He/She will act as a methodological reference, driving sustainable improvements in safety, product quality, industrial performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. This position is located in Aumont-Aubrac.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Design, integrate, and improve manufacturing systems or related industrial processes.
Collaborate with commercial or industrial designers to refine product designs.
Increase producibility and optimize manufacturing flows.
Contribute to cost reduction by improving product and process efficiency.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Typically an Engineering degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, or similar.
Experience in manufacturing, chemical industry, or regulated industrial environments is a strong asset.
