Job Summary

In a regulated chemical industrial environment, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will contribute to the operational excellence of LMR Naturals by IFF sites.

LMR Naturals by IFF is a leader in the manufacturing of high‑quality natural ingredients for the perfumery, cosmetics, and flavor industries.

In a regulated chemical industrial environment, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will contribute to the operational excellence of LMR Naturals by IFF sites by optimizing the extraction, transformation, and packaging processes of natural ingredients..

He/She will act as a methodological reference, driving sustainable improvements in safety, product quality, industrial performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. This position is located in Aumont-Aubrac.

  • Typically an Engineering degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, or similar.
