Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP IS-U development team Design and implement complex SAP IS-U solutions tailored to client needs Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of SAP IS-U modules Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all technical deliverables Mentor and coach junior team members on SAP IS-U technologies and methodologies Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP IS-U implementations Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Up to 10 years of experience in SAP IS-U development and solution architecture. Strong proficiency in ABAP and SAP development tools. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to Utilities (e.g., CCS, FICA, DM). Proven experience in solution design and problem-solving for complex environments. Familiarity with the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR compliance. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions. Understanding of local energy market regulations in Portugal. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
