Laura Summerson Senior Consultant [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is working with an international FMCG organization in its search for a People Partner - Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll lead sensitive employee relations cases from start to finish, partner with business leaders on organizational change, and play a key role in works council consultations and negotiations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities of Employee Relations Specialist: Lead Employee and Labor Relations across the Netherlands business Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on complex employee relations matters Conduct high-risk workplace investigations and support conflict resolution Build strong relationships with Works Councils, supporting collective labor agreement negotiations and consultation processes Coach leaders and HR teams on employment law, policy application and employee relations best practice Experience required: Strong HR experience with expertise in Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Industrial Relations within a complex environment Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations and HR compliance Experience supporting organizational change and managing complex employee relations cases Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and influence business decisions Fluency in English EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
