EMEA Organisational Developmet Specialist

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology. Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR. We are looking for a new colleague to be part our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE) . You are an HR Expert able to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the area of organisational development on an international level. Being the EMEA HR Process Owner, you are accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key HR processes to ensure they meet organizational goals, comply with standards, and deliver consistent end-to-end results across the region. You will support the implementation of HR strategies by collaborating with management and HR colleagues to ensure key initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with long-term objectives. As part of the EMEA HR CoE ambition, you will drive change and innovation in people-and organisation- related policies and practices, providing future-proof solutions & best practices in order to develop and support the realisation of both business’ and HR’ goals. As part of a team of HR Experts covering different key areas, you will work in our office in Warsaw, Poland and you will have the opportunity to travel to other European premises when needed.
