Description and Requirements
Join Lenovo’s EMEA Marketing Operations team as an EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist on a fixed-term maternity cover contract . Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director, you will play a key role in supporting marketing planning, budget management, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination across Europe and META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa). This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with processes, data, and international stakeholders in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support local and EMEA marketing teams throughout quarterly and annual marketing and business planning cycles
Manage quarterly marketing activities, including budget tracking, fund utilization, and approval processes with internal and external partners
Maintain marketing operations calendars, templates, tools, and documentation to support business objectives
Participate in regular regional market meetings and provide operational support to marketing stakeholders
Coordinate project priorities and budget requirements with managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Review marketing documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and partner compliance requirements
Accurately maintain planning, activity, and budget information within internal systems and reporting tools
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across diverse markets and support ongoing process improvements
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
1-2 years of professional experience in marketing operations, business operations, marketing support, or a related area
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with numerical data
Experience maintaining budgets, plans, reports, or operational data with a high level of accuracy
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across international teams and cultures

Base gross monthly salary from 1,600 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of annual earnings.
