To strengthen our team in Kenya, we are looking for: DRIVER ( Nairobi, Kenya ) Your Mission In this role, you ensure company’s growth in terms of sales by (1) delivering products to customers in Kenya in line with the company strategy and sales plan, and with the Kenya and Group guidelines, (2) ensuring goods are in good state as they are delivered and that the correct amount is is given to the correct customer, and (3) create a strong long term partnership to the assigned customers. What you do Deliver customer orders in line with assigned route Interact with clients professionally at all times Coordinate regular cleaning for their vehicle to ensure hygienic transportation conditions for goods Coordinate renewal of all legal documents for the vehicle assigned to ensure compliance with all relevant laws Coordinate maintenance of the assigned vehicle to align with legal safety requirements and align to Puratos group safety policy What we expect from you Must possess a valid and clean driving license. Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in commercial operations. At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG distribution within Nairobi County. Good knowledge of Nairobi County routes, road networks, and distribution channels. Strong understanding of vehicle safety, traffic regulations, and delivery procedures. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy, demonstrating high levels of integrity and professionalism. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Customer-focused with good problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently to meet delivery schedules and operational targets .
