We are looking for our future Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter , ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy. Key Responsibilities: DISHWASHING Ensure washing and proper storage of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain constant cleanliness of kitchen tools and equipment (pots, pans, stovetops, etc.) Operate and maintain dishwashing machines Manage waste sorting and follow recycling procedures KITCHEN ASSISTANCE Assist with basic food preparation (peeling, cutting, washing vegetables, etc.) Support mise en place before service Replenish workstations during service Participate in cleaning and organizing kitchen areas Skills & Soft Skills: Knowledge of hygiene standards in catering/restaurants Ability to work efficiently and quickly Good organizational skills Good physical condition Team-oriented Detail-oriented We Offer: Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
