Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership - Partner with the General Manager and Leadership Committee to drive hotel performance and profitability. - Contribute to business strategy, financial planning, and revenue optimization initiatives. - Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Financial Reporting & Analysis - Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with USALI (12th Edition), Hyatt standards, and GAAP. - Provide actionable financial insights to support operational decisions. - Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and control costs. Compliance, Audit & Internal Controls - Maintain strong internal controls aligned with Hyatt policies. - Lead internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Safeguard hotel assets and financial data. Cash Flow & Asset Management - Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity. - Manage capital expenditure and asset lifecycle. - Ensure effective inventory and cost control. Credit , Collections & Payables - Oversee credit policies and collections. - Ensure timely vendor payments and payroll accuracy. - Approve financial transactions per Hyatt governance. Leadership & Colleague Development - Lead and develop the Finance team. - Foster Hyatt culture and values. - Provide financial guidance across departments.
