Monitor, analyze, and report monthly operational, maintenance, safety, and efficiency KPIs. Assess hotel physical conditions through inspections, X-Ray audits, and periodic reviews. Identify operational, technical, and safety risks and coordinate corrective actions. Analyze electricity, gas, diesel, and water consumption to identify variances and optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain standards, SOPs, manuals, templates, benchmarks, and control tools. Manage Engineering technical information and databases to support field operations. Prepare executive reports on performance indicators, safety, and physical conditions for regional leaders, owners, and other stakeholders. Conduct root cause analyses and recommend sustainable solutions to recurring issues. Train and advise operational teams on technical procedures, safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and applicable local regulations. Support the technical review of drawings, scopes of work, bills of quantities, and bidding or quotation processes. Special Initiatives and Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in hotel openings, conversions, renovations, and special projects as part of task force teams. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Safety, Procurement, Development, and regional teams on improvement initiatives. Coordinate standardization, energy efficiency, safety, and asset reliability projects. Promote new tools, processes, and technologies that improve decision-making and Engineering performance. Support technical assessments and priority projects requiring exposure to multiple departments and properties. Relevant professional certifications are preferred. Experience with CMMS, BMS, energy management platforms, technical reporting, and engineering performance systems.
