Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Technical Data Project & Application Manager (M/F) to join our Digital for TechData Team based in Toulouse, France.

As an A/C Technical Data IM Project & Application Manager (m/f) you will join our organization i.e the IM teams for Airbus Customer Services delivering A/C Technical Data to our Airlines customers. Our mission is to set-up and drive projects to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers.
In this frame, we are looking for a Project & Application Manager in order to drive IT projects and applications for the perimeter.
The main responsibility is to drive the Technical data authoring & production IT applications and projects, in line with our business ambitions & IM strategy and objectives.

Your challenges : 

• Manage the projects from set-up to deployment including run mode preparation

• Organize Project major milestones in line with IM Quality plan

• Define and manage project roadmap over 3-5 years and related budgets (actuals and forecast)

• With the Business stakeholders, identify, structure and prioritize the needs for new and improved services

• Lead the scoping of the  projects for its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and future releases (collect of the need, arbitration on priorities, …) ensuring to reach the consensus with stakeholders

• Manage application portfolio (project & run)

• Manage the supply chain and organize delivery activities (from specifications to deployment)

• Define continuous ways of collaborating and bringing digital initiatives to the community

• Contribute to the strategy of the product and PSL

Your boarding pass : 

• Educated to 10-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology

• Strong Project Management experience (Roadmap, Quality, Cost, Risk etc..)

• Rigorous in requirements capture and capabilities management

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesizing complex information 

• Strong collaborative mind-set

• Creative and Innovative thinking

• Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated

• Advanced level in French and  English.
