Drive revenue through local e-commerce channels and third-party digital platforms. Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising and paid media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports. Manage website content, SEO, and digital guest experience to maximize visibility and conversion. Execute social media campaigns, audience targeting, and lead generation initiatives. Support email marketing and CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting. Oversee digital platforms, marketing tools, tracking systems, and emerging technologies. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or a related field Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role Proven ability to conduct research on market trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
