Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Ensure the compliance with HACCP standards. Prepare and plate menu items according to the established guidelines and procedures. General Requirements Enthusiastic about cooking. Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces. 1-2 years Apprentice experience in 5 star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
