Ensure end‑to‑end control, speed, and accuracy in Outline Agreement (OA) creation and price/contract management for Beverages raw materials across the West Cluster, safeguarding audit standards, anticipating price and contract changes, and minimizing supply and invoicing impacts through strong cross‑functional coordination. Additionally, the role is responsible for the creation, governance, and full maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), with significantly increased complexity driven by the Refresco Co‑Manufacturing (CoM) business, where recipes, materials, and production specifications needs to be aligned within internal PepsiCo operations. This includes ownership of Production BOMs, Refresco/CoM BOMs, and Sales BOMs, ensuring complete and accurate SAP data to support correct material consumption, costing integrity, and operational efficiency across a large and diverse beverage portfolio. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OA governance, the role provides authoritative guidance, ensures process discipline, and drives standardization also for Foods. Responsibilities Ooutline agreement (OA): Ensure timely and accurate OA creation and maintenance for raw materials, Finish Goods intercompany, and interplant flows, guaranteeing full readiness before material receipt (Execution; impacts Plants, Vendors, Category Teams). Manage and update OAs and contracts in SAP , anticipating price changes, terminations, and ensuring master data accuracy across price, quantities, and validity dates (Execution; impacts Procurement, IT, Plants). Safeguard audit compliance as Process Owner for the Global Control Standard, ensuring effectiveness and maintaining governance documentation (Execution; impacts Internal Audit, Compliance). Collaborate to resolve OA ‑ invoice price variances rapidly to prevent payment blocks and minimize financial disruptions (Execution; impacts Finance, Invoicing). Centralize stakeholder communication , sharing updated files, validated prices, and OA status to ensure transparency and alignment across plants, vendors, and GP category leads (Consultation; impacts Plants, Vendors, Finance, Category Teams). Drive process improvement and data ‑ based anticipation , analyzing trends to accelerate OA creation, reduce errors, and simplify workflows (Decision ‑ making; impacts Procurement, Supply Chain). As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OA governance , the role provides authoritative guidance, ensures process discipline, and drives standardization also for Foods (Decision ‑ making; impacts stakeholders). Bills Of Materials (BOMs): Collect, validate, and create accurate BOMs in SAP for external production in Co‑Manufacturing (Refresco) ensuring correct material consumption, costing integration, and alignment with Finance and Supply Chain requirements. Execution: impacts Finance, Supply Chain, Plants, Co ‑ Manufacturers . Maintain and update Production BOM for CoM/Refresco ,, guaranteeing full governance, version control, and accurate reflection of recipe, packaging, and materials changes across the beverage portfolio. Execution: impacts Plants, Supply Chain, Change Management, Co ‑ Manufacturers. Ensure full GCS (Global Control Standard) audit compliance for all BOM‑related processes with Refresco by maintaining proper documentation, segregation of duties, and strict adherence to master‑data and governance controls. Execution: impacts Internal Audit, Finance Governance, Supply Chain Governance. Manage Sales BOMs , which associate beverage finished goods with their corresponding returnable empty materials (bottle + crate/case codes) in SAP. This is essential for correct materials traceability, customer empty‑returns tracking, and the accurate invoicing of deposit/fee charges. Execution: impacts Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Plants. Identify and correct BOM inconsistencies proactively , preventing costing deviations, incorrect material consumption, SAP posting blocks, and production execution issues, while supporting continuous standardization and system accuracy. Decision ‑ making — impacts Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing. Qualifications Strong expertise in OA governance and SAP master‑data management, ensuring accurate contracts, pricing, and data integrity end‑to‑end. Advanced knowledge of SAP BOM processes (Production, Co‑Manufacturing, Co‑Packing, and Sales BOMs) and their impact on costing, materials consumption, and operational efficiency. Deep understanding of audit and compliance standards (GCS) with ability to maintain governance discipline and documentation. High analytical capability and attention to detail, with strong skills in problem‑solving, data validation, and process optimization. Excellent stakeholder management and communication, working effectively with Procurement, Finance, Plants, Supply Chain, and Co‑Manufacturers. Proactive continuous‑improvement mindset, driving standardization, accuracy, and efficiency across OA and BOM processes.
